TinoCare was founded in 2018 with a mission to provide compassionate, client-centered care and support to individuals and families in the community. What began as a vision to improve access to quality home and community-based services has since grown into a multi-division organization.
As the company expanded its impact, TinoCare Medical Transit was established to ensure clients could access safe, reliable, and dignified non-emergency medical transportation. Recognizing the broader needs of the community, TinoCare Housing Group was later launched to provide supportive and reentry housing solutions—helping individuals transition to independent living with stability and care.
Today, TinoCare continues to build on its foundation of service, compassion, and innovation—offering integrated solutions in health, housing, and community wellness.
